Life in HD

One of my favorite things to design are sermon series. I guess in my thoughts I almost feel like I am designing a movie poster. I don't know if it is the feeling of newness or expectation or wonder the audience feels when they see it for the first time, but it is definitely fun!

Here is a new sermon series design for Christ Fellowship. Check out our church pixels portfolio for more sermon series designs.

They are going to be using all three color options.

Whatever the actual sermons are about, both the series name and your graphics are very catchy and engaging - I certainly want to find out more after seeing it. Really good job, and I think all the small but clean and bright detail, moving purposefully across the page, really represent "HD" in my mind - good metaphor.

One thing I would grumble about is that "Christ Fellowship" is written in a font that doesn't seem to belong. It may be dictated by the "brand", though, yet still it distracts from the experience a little.

It is a minor nitpick, though, and I really enjoy this design. Pray that the Lord uses your work to encourage people to transit to "HD" life experience with Him! :)

Hey Anton, thanks. That is actually the church logo. It is a simple type treatment. I really cannot do anything about it, so you are right, it is dictated by the brand.

Thanks for the comments

Where's the Baker Signet love?...

Anyhow, looks good Ambert. Why not roll with their 25 year logo there, though? (that would help the logo stand as a logo.

I love the typeface Baker Signet! Good point with the 25 year logo. I guess whatever looks better. They will probably add that. I cannot wait to see what it looks like on their stage. It will look good in the backdrop.

We would love to use these graphics for an upcoming sermon series we're doing - would you be the person to ask about permissions for this, or do you know who I would ask?

Thank you!
